At Soyuru Sampath Super Line, we strive to provide a reliable and convenient travel experience. This Refund and Returns Policy explains our rules regarding ticket cancellations, changes, and refunds.
1. Ticket Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancellation requests can be made via our hotline (077 900 0011) or through the booking platform.
- Late cancellations (within the 8 hours before departure) may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
- A full or partial refund will be processed based on the cancellation time frame and fare rules.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.
- Service charges, booking fees, or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy
- Passengers who fail to board at the scheduled departure time are considered no-shows.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or date changes.
4. Date and Time Changes
- Changes to travel date or time may be allowed subject to seat availability and applicable rebooking fees.
- Requests must be made before the cancellation cut-off time.
5. Service Cancellations by Us
- If a trip is canceled due to operational issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events, passengers will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An option to reschedule without extra cost.
