1. Ticket Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Tickets can be purchased online via our website or authorized booking partners.
  • Passengers must ensure all booking details, including travel date, destination, and contact information, are correct before confirming payment.

2. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 15–30 minutes before departure.
  • A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented to board the bus.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during travel.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Date or time changes are permitted only if seats are available and the request is made before the cancellation cut-off time.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

4. Luggage Policy

  • Passengers are allowed to carry a reasonable amount of luggage (subject to space availability).
  • Hazardous, flammable, or illegal items are strictly prohibited.

5. Conduct on Board

  • Passengers must follow instructions from staff for safety and comfort.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or disruptive behavior is not permitted on the bus.
  • We reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove passengers engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

6. Service Delays or Cancellations

  • While we strive to maintain our schedules, delays or cancellations may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues.
  • In such cases, affected passengers will be offered a reschedule or refund in line with our policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Soyuru Sampath Super Line is not responsible for losses or damages caused by delays, cancellations, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the purchased ticket.
